LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on the 30th of December, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). He is known by the name of King James and is considered to be among the greatest basketball players of all time. James has taken home four NBA championships, four NBA MVP Awards, and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James is an NBA All-Star and has the highest number of playoff points. He also has the second-highest point total, and seventh-highest career assist total. He was named as an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times and on his place on the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. The third highest number of NBA Finals ever was ten, with eight being consecutive between 2011-2018. In 2021, James was selected to make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete in NBA history to accumulate 10,000 points or more in a career rebounds and assists. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School within his home town from Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media for his potential as an NBA superstar. As a prep-to-pro player, he was chosen for the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first top pick of 2003's NBA draft. He was named the NBA rookie of the year in 2004. Then he was one of the top players of the NBA, winning an NBA MVP Award twice in as of 2009 and in 2010. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when the team became a free agent after not achieving a Championship with Cleveland. The announcement was made on The Decision.
